Minor fields always allow controllers to explore different types of airspaces across their airspace, that is why they are so popular in controller's opinions. However, we always complain that we never have enough pilots flying in/out of the minor airports, so what is the point? On Saturday, 20th February, from 7PM EST (0000z), until 11PM (0400z); ZDC, ZTL and ZJX will be hosting the South-Eastern Class Charlie Lightup. We hope to see you there!

The event will begin at 7PM EST (0000z) and end at 11PM EST (0400z).
